1. Log on at least once a week, unless you have otherwise obtained approval.
2. Donate 5K faction per week, when active. Notify Cass or Talen when completed.
3. Assist guild members when reasonably possible.
4. Encourage members to use the forums and check the site at least once each time you are online.
5. Recruit two members per week until the guild has no fewer than seventy members.
6. All officers have the authority to kick members with no prior approval for creating drama in guild or alliance chat.
Failure to do any one of these will result in immediate demotion.
I don’t find it necessary to notify anyone other than the guild leaders when I will be away (and I think I speak on behalf of most people), especially if it’s a personal problem or a family issue or something of the sort.
I would agree without hesitation, typically, but I have listed three people here as in the evenings, typically Dawn, Cass, and I are on (even if not all the time); but this ensures you have someone to get a hold of should emergency arise.
In that that case, you could let any officer know, couldn’t you?
Well, i think these new rules are appropriate. Hopefully they help out.
I think the meeting went very well & you covered everything that needed to be addressed. These are simple rules that should have been in place for a long time now. I know I will do my best to follow these to the letter & hope all the rest of the officers do the same. The hard one is getting two lvl16s or better to join every week, most of them have guilds and would need something we have & theirs don’t to persuade them to switch over. I will check with anyone I do quests or missions on to see if I can “snag” a few, but it will not be easy.
One thing I would like to have clarification on, what about officers who are not on for weeks at a time? If any do this are they automaticly gone or are they given one more chance? You say we can kick anyone, but I would like to talk it over with you first before doing anything like that.
I think by working together we can make this one of the best guilds in the alliance, if not the whole game. I will always try to do the “right thing” in any case and not let the guild down.
